What is the Reservation Management Rate?
It is a rate paid to the guide for managing and supporting the booking of services related to the tour on behalf of the DMC.

The guide acts as the local point of reference and the bridge between the DMC and the service provider, handling detailed communication to ensure that all services are delivered as planned.
The rate corresponds to one additional hour of work, as specified in the rate sheet.

The above rates do not include any extra expenses that the Professional may incur in order to carry out the service.
