Booking Terms
- 
All tours and guide services must be booked in advance through our official booking system, either via our website or by contacting us directly. 
- 
We operate entirely through a reservation-based system. Most of our bookings are made months in advance of the requested service date. We kindly ask that you submit your request as early as possible to ensure availability and the best possible service. 
- 
Requests made only a few days before the service may have limited availability and are less likely to be confirmed, depending on the remaining schedule of our licensed guides. 
- 
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. 
- 
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your tour or service. 
- 
It is your responsibility to check the booking confirmation and inform us immediately of any inaccuracies. 
- 
IMPORTANT: We operate with transparency, professionalism, and integrity, in accordance with our booking and cancellation policy. Advance payment for the reserved service is required in order to guarantee the confirmed commitment between the guide and the client. Bookings that have not been settled with the guide at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service will not be considered confirmed. The invoice for this guided service will be issued directly by the guide who will carry out the service, usually one week in advance. You will receive the invoice at the email address you provided.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our guides.

Important:
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to:

Verbal cancellations or messages sent via other platforms (e.g., messaging apps or social media) will not be considered valid.

For Day Tours and Guiding Services:
- 
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. 
- 
50% refund for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the tour. 
- 
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-show.

For Multi-Day Tours or Custom Itineraries:
- 
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. 
- 
50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the tour. 
- 
No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour or in case of no-show.

Changes to Bookings
- 
Changes to the date or time of your booking are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. 
- 
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations by Us
- 
In rare cases (e.g. extreme weather, guide unavailability, safety concerns), we may need to cancel a tour. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 
- 
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).

Late Arrivals
- 
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. 
- 
Tours will start on time. Late arrivals may result in missed portions of the tour or cancellation without refund.
