🔴 Important Notice: WGL is not a tour operator and is not authorized to sell travel packages under current Italian and EU legislation (Legislative Decree 79/2011 and subsequent amendments).
The Platform does not organize, sell, or broker any travel packages or ancillary services such as transport, accommodation, or meals.

2. Definitions

User: anyone who accesses or uses the site (tourists, agencies, guides, tour leaders).
Professional: a licensed tour guide or tour leader registered on WGL.
Client: a tourist or agency who contacts or books a service through the Platform.
Services: professional services offered by tour guides and tour leaders (guided tours, cultural experiences, tour escorting, etc.).

3. Obligations of Professionals

Professionals using the Platform agree to:

Be legally licensed to operate as a tour guide or tour leader.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their experience, spoken languages, rates, areas of expertise, and availability.
Deliver services in compliance with applicable laws and professional codes of conduct.
Manage their relationship with the Client independently and directly.
Assume full responsibility for the services provided.

4. Obligations of Clients (Tourists and Agencies)

Clients using the Platform agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when making inquiries or bookings.
Respect the terms, schedules, and arrangements agreed upon with the Professional.
Pay the agreed compensation as communicated directly by the Professional.
Not use the Platform for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.

5. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

All bookings are handled directly between the Client and the Professional, including payment methods, conditions, and availability.
WGL does not manage or process payments, nor does it hold any funds. It only facilitates contact between the parties.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each Professional and must be clearly communicated to the Client prior to confirmation.
In the event of disputes, WGL cannot be held liable, as it is not a contractual party.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

WGL processes Users’ personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Collected data is used solely for purposes related to the functioning of the website, service promotion, and communication between Users and Professionals.

Does not organize, sell, or coordinate travel services or packages: each service must refer solely to individual guide or tour leader services.

10. Changes to the Terms

WGL reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms at any time.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
